Ooltewah, founded in 1856 and referred to as the "citadel of temperance," flourished as the seat of justice for James County, Tennessee. East Brainerd is a very popular place to live in the Chattanooga area. Located close to Hamilton Place Mall.It is only minutes to the new VW plant and is popular area for VW suppliers to live. Lookout Mountain is divided between Tennessee and Georgia. It is a great place to live and offers attractions such as Rock City, Ruby Falls and The Incline.
