We were recently featured on HGTV Mountain Life. We had some clients relocate from Texas to Signal Mountain. After they closed on their new home we were contacted by the production company asking if they would be interested in being the stars in one of the episodes, I spent several years in TV production so if was a little terrifying to be on the other side of the camera for once but it was a lot of fun.

Welcome to 1927 Wagon Lane in Union Stables. This 7 year old home has been remarkably well kept since 2017. Determining the absolute oldest neighborhood can be a bit complex due to the city's development over time. I get asked all the time where my favorite steak house is in Chattanooga. This is always a hard one for me because we have one that has been our favorite for a long time and a new favorite. There are a few new ones that are not on this list because we were not to impressed with either the food or the service but they may make it next year.

We have clients fly into town all the time and they ask for hotel recommendations and most prefer to stay in the Downtown Chattanooga area. These are not in any particular order since they are all so different but these are my top 3.

The Townhomes at the Gateway is a 144 unit townhome development in East Ridge located just of exit 1 on I-75. It is located adjacent to the Chattanooga Red Wolves soccer teams Stadium. The master plan is to build a live here/play here development.
