The Old Library Building, commonly known as the Carnegie Building, is a historic landmark located at 200 E. 8th Street at the corner of Georgia Avenue in downtown Chattanooga, Tennessee. Funded by a $50,000 donation from philanthropist Andrew Carnegie, it was constructed specifically to serve as the city’s public library. Work began around 1903, the cornerstone was laid on April 15, 1904, and the library officially opened to the public on July 17, 1905. As more and more people move into Tennessee from all over the country we are seeing more and more Radon testing in Chattanooga. The Grateful Gobbler walk is a Thanksgiving family tradition for my family. We volunteer the week of and help with setup and handing out t-shirts and every Thanksgiving morning we head down to Collidge Park and walk the 5K. Registration is now open and the are looking for volunteer and runners/walkers.

DR Horton is having the Grand Opening of Owensby Farms, their new subdivision in Dayton Tennessee. They will have Pumpkins, BBQ and Cider.
